H Company Construction Contract Dispute Analysis And Countermeasures

Along with the development of economic construction,our country city urbanization and infrastructure construction in the rapid advance construction project is greatly improved,in today's China whether urban or rural have civilian industry,based on the implementation of the project design and construction.The constructio n market in our country is in the period of economic transformation of the old and the new,and the construction market is developing rapidly.At the same time the construction industry generally exist supporting laws and regulations lag,lax law enforcement,industry behavior is not standardized,the construction quality is uneven,construction activities in violation of the occurrence of such phenomena.Constructio n market development,the scale of construction has brought opportunities to the enterprise,but the extensive management of enterprises and the disorderly competitio n between enterprises also bring the risk of loss or breach of contract.This thesis discusses and studies the main types of construction contract disputes and the corresponding suggestions based on the analytic hierarchy process.The main work done in this thesis is:1.With a number of owners and the corresponding construction companies as the main object of the interview,understand the dispute occurred in the process of building the proportion and the amount of easily derived types of disputes through the questionnaire survey data,form the key factors of construction disputes.2.With a number of industry experts as the main object of investigation,this thesis find the impact and degree of the contract dispute through the questionna ire survey data.3.Taking the probability and influence degree of the contract dispute as the research object,this thesis puts forward some suggestions for the contract disputes,and forms the specific contract terms.Through researching the type,frequency,influence of contract disputes in H Company,this thesis formed some suggestions and opinions to reduce the project contract disputes,to promote the construction contract management standardizat io n,and to reduce the purpose of contract dispute.
