Research On The Community Which In Combination With Tourism,healing And Endowment

Nowadays,with the more and more obvious trend of population aging in the world,most countries have entered the aging society.So,they discuss how to cope with this phenomenon,create a suitable landscape space environment for the elderly,improve the elderly themselves' conditions and improve the elderly' life quality as well as other issues.Also,experts and scholars are actively looking for solutions in many countries,including China.A new requirement has been proposed for the pension model due to the improvement of the living standard of the elderly.Based on the background,the author studies the domestic and international tourism pension model,the combination of medical pension model,the elderly residence landscape and the tourist resort landscape related to medical and pension,finding that the exploration is conducted from the model construction and the economic benefit.Therefore,the author chooses the tourism medical pension community as the research object,starts from the perspective of the landscape design,clarifies the research purpose,significance and content,as well as determines the research method and the research frame.It is expected to find its planning and design strategies,create a suitable medical pension environment for the elderly,and meet the needs of the elderly.Secondly,the author will define related concepts,look for the common point between tourism pension and medical pension,and combine them.Through the study of relevant design theory,combined with the physiological characteristics,psychological characteristics and needs of the elderly,the author tries to classify the elderly groups and analyze differences in behaviors and needs of different types of the elderly.Later on,based on study results of different needs and different behavior patterns of the elderly,the landscape space design principles and design goals are summed up.By summing up the above content,the tourism pension community landscape is divided into tourism urban pension community landscape and tourism resort landscape aiming at differences for different types of the elderly.According to the characteristics of different landscape types,the design strategy of the elements in the space is analyzed.So,the landscape space design strategy suitable for the elderly is summarized from the landscape overall planning,spatial function classification,road traffic system,landscape plant design and landscape sketch.Finally,through the study on the actual cases in our country,the author concludes problems in practice,and combines results and practice,considers deficiencies that need to be improved,to provide a reference for the future landscape space design research of the tourism pension community and the medical pension community.
