Huge population base in China make our country quickly entered the aging society,pension problems caused by aging society has become increasingly prominent.How to carry out the reform of China’s pension system become a hot topic,with the social security system gradually improved,a part of the elderly is also put forward higher requirements for the quality of their life,the traditional family endowment mode has been unable to meet the needs of the times,coupled with the continuous improvement and development of the tourism industry,the tourism and endowment of these two industries continue to converge,the concept of Tourism Endowment emerged in recent years,the rise of tourism resort projects,the advantages of tourism the resort in the natural environment and the humanities environment can well meet the basic needs of the tourism endowment;at the meanwhile,it is the supplement of the old industry for the local tourism industry and also can promote the comprehensive development of multi industry.Dissertation starting from the aging era background,first of all,clears the related concepts of new pension model,tourism real estate,and tourism endowment real estate,and through the combing of domestic and foreign relevant theories and examples,summarizes the basic characteristics of new tourism endowment resort,and analyze the tourism resort project construction influence factors and design principles.Secondly,take Changchun Yatai Lotus Mountain international tourism resort project as an example,make a fully analysis on the construction situation,including geographical conditions and cultural conditions.Finally,expounds the objectives and principles of Lotus Hill tourism resort,puts forward the Countermeasures of site planning,functional design,layout design,project characteristics,to guide the implementation of strategies.In the absence of a complete theory to guide,the development of China’s tourism endowment project only can constantly improve in practice;a successful development case of the Tourism Endowment real estate industry has a very important meaning of guidance.The purpose of writing this paper is through the analysis of the current situation of tourism endowment real estate,to combine the tourism with endowment real estate,to promote each other,and to provide a useful reference for the construction of the future tourism endowment real estate projects.
