Study On The Pension Architecture Based On The Community Endowment Policies

In the 21 st century, the global population aging problem has been widespread, according to the data of national statistical office, by the end of 2012, the people who were older than 60 years had reached 194 million in our country,and china’s ageing population will reach 240 million in 2020.Because the ageing population accounts for about 16% of the total population,china becomes a rapid ageing country.In 2050,the ageing population is expected to be 480 million, accounting for about 35% of the total population,and china will become a severe aging country. Faced with such a severe situation, how to cope with the ageing of the population in the next few years or decades sparked a social problem-pension problem.Family endowment is a traditional pension model in our country, along with the social de velopment, the traditional pension model has been can’t meet the demand of the current endo wment. National 12 th five-year plan have put forward about the development goal: establishin g endowment service system on the basis of home, community based, institutions supported, the community endowment which is more adapt to the demand of the new age pension will d evelope and play a more and more active role.This paper briefly describes the status and the problems of China’s aging population, cont rasts and analysis the endowment patterns of our country on present stage- family endowmen t, institution endowment and community endowment, concluded that the community endowm ent can make up the lack of family endowment, avoid some shortcomings of institutions endo wment, can satisfy the aged people pension demand on various aspects in maximum,and whi ch will become the main trend of old-age pension development in the future.Through explorating community endowment function, pension building, endowment env ironment, This paper summed up the characters of community pattern,community building, c ommunity environment and community function that suitable for the old people’s pension and so on. Finally through analyzing the community within the Xi Bian Men case, points out the deficiency of the old community endowment, puts forward the old community transformation design which is summed and evaluated, and provides references for establishing pension env ironment of a good livable life.
