Research On The EHC Endowment Mode And Its Environmental Planning And Design From The Perspective Of Encology

A series of social problems such as resource,environmental pressure and an aging population are ever prominent alone with China’s social and economic development,which has extremely affected China’s sustainable development.How to effectively protect the ecological environment and alleviate the social pressure brought about by the aging population has become an urgent problem that the society needs to tackle with.Combining the development philosophy of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s "Ecological Civilization Construction" and the strategic thinking of "healthy aging and active aging",the relationship between human development and nature is re-understood.First of all,Through the comprehensive application of the theoretical basis of this article,namely,ecological health science,health medical science and other disciplines,as well as advanced theories such as ecological civilization construction,green development,sustainable development,the field research on representative nursing homes in Qingdao,and questionnaire survey about the needs of elderly people over 50 years old are conducted,and the result of which,namely the practical basis of this study,is obtained.Combining the above theoretical and practical basis with excellent case analysis at home and abroad,the feasible solution to the current pension problems is found,which is to create an Eco Health City model,namely the "EHC" pension model,which meets the ecological requirements the needs of the old and integrate the high-end medical care,health technology,tourism and recreation,and health care together.The "EHC" pension model provides a safe,healthy,comfortable and easy living environment for the occupants by creating an environmental system of "green ecology,urban landscape integration,recycling development,and people-oriented";The pressure of aging population can be alleviated by equipping sufficient beds and perfect infrastructure;The growing health needs of the old can also be catered by offering international high-end medical servicesl,CCRC Community Model Pension Service(full name Continuing Care Retirement Community),professional rehabilitation programs,diverse activities and a comprehensive,all-weather,intelligent health management system.Then,On the basis of integrating the basic requirements of the theory of ecological civilization construction,green development and sustainable development,thedevelopment principles and construction characteristics of the "EHC" pension model are explored.During the period,the environmental systems in the spatial factor allocation system and the laws and regulations that should be followed in the planning and design of the "EHC" pension model are studied thoroughly by combining the main points of environmental psychology,and the environmental system planning and design methods of the "EHC" pension model were studied from the macro,meso and micro levels.From the macro level,the environmental system feasibility plan characterized by "green ecology,urban landscape integration,circular development,and people-oriented" is developed;From the meso level,the "EHC" aging friendly environment design method is studied from the perspective of public green space,communication space,activity space,and accessibility system In terms of environmental comfort.From the micro level,the design method of landscape elements is studied from the aspects of vegetation application,water design,sketch design,logo system design and pavement design..Finally,based on the above-mentioned "EHC" pension system’s environmental system planning and design method,utilizing the unique geographical location of Laoshan Bay and integrating its rich natural and human resources to transform it into a modern,humanized and ecological Eco Health City,making it a national civilized pension demonstration base,a high-quality holiday entertainment scenic spot,and a leading domestic life health management industrial development zone by rational plan and design.
