Cement stabilized crushed aggregate(CSCA)is widely used road base with the advantage of high-intensity,well-stability and high cost-effective.Forced mixing is still the major way of mixing process when production technology of concrete gets mature at present.Some scholars proposed that the vibration mixing technology can improve the quality of the cement mixing and enhance the productivity,and this paper studies on vibration mixing on CSCA based on correlation theory.The vibratory mixing can increase the rate of hydration reaction and reinforce the cement paste-aggregate interface through the mixing effect which makes mixture distribution uniformity through convection-diffusion movement and vibration effect which destroys the small cement particles group.In the condition of muti-influences and limited test conditions,this paper focused on the vibration effect,carried out experiment about the method of separated vibration-mixing with cement stabilized material.The preliminary result proved that the static vibration has the effect of enhancing compression strength and promoting the hydration,but takes no effect to the dry density-water content.The efficient parameters of vibration was certained by the cross experiment and the all factors test,which show that the time and the times of vibration are dominant,but there are no significant difference between the vibration in different condition in short time,it is positively associated with the times and the vibration power if vibrating enough time.The method of molding specimen was determined by the effect of mixing method and molding method on the compression strength.Researched on the influence rules of curing period,cement dosage,grading type on mechanical properties and road performance through compared ordinary mixing specimen with vibration specimen.A kind of improvement vibration mixer was designed based on prevenient vibration mode,and the corresponding test scheme was proposed.
