As with the improvement of current transportation development (large traffic volume, heavy axle-loads etc.) and construction technical level, heavy compaction test method (HCM) and static pressure producing specimen method (SPSM) have shown their inadaptability gradually, which mainly shows the test result cannot not reflect the actual performance of the material. But, current design parameters on cement stabilization of crushed aggregate (CSCA) base material of asphalt pavement cannot efficiently guide designing and construction on the basis of heavy compaction test method (HCM) and static pressure producing specimen method (SPSM). Considering all above, it is of great actual significance to carry out study on the parameters of CSCA based on analysing the reliability of vibrating test method (VTM).Firstly, the compaction mechanism of the vibrating roller and the vertical vibrating compaction test machine of surface (VVTM) is analyzed, verifies that laboratory maximum dry density resulted from VTM shows good properties of reliable and excellent reproducibility, meanwhile, CSCA specimen produced by VTM can reflect the materials' actual physical and mechanical performances. Secondly, based on VTM, this paper goes deeply into compressive strength properties and splitting strength properties on CSCA, shows the influence rules every factor affect mechanical strength of CSCA and brings out the suggesting variation range of splitting strength's design parameters. In addition, based on VTM, this paper looks into the properties of compression modulus of resilience on CSCA, shows the influence rules every factor affects the compression modulus of resilience of CSCA and brings out the suggesting variation range of compression modulus of resilience design parameters. Finally, based on the cylinder specimen produced by VTM, this paper investigates the fatigue characteristics of CSCA, makes a study on fatigue performances of CSCA, and then uses Weibull distribution to establish a fatigue equation of CSCA lgS=lga-blgN and sets up a tensile strength structural coefficient Ks= 0.70Ne0.043/Ac according to fatigue equation, which can be used in our asphalt pavement design.
