As a commen type of semi-rigid basis,the road base of cement stabilized crushed aggregate (CSCA) has many characteristics,such as high strength and high water-stability. But the present test method and its application of CSCA also has many limitations such as its incompatibility with the modern compacting equipments and construction effects. Therefore, it is of vital importence of the reserch of vibrating test method.This paper use the Vibrating Compaction Testing Machine (VTM) as the test machine and research its bibrating parameters and time based on the principle of the maximum simulation of the method of standard heavy compaction test and static pressure producing specimen were analyzed through experiments that helped to propose a new vibrating test method simple to operate, with more reliable and precise result, in accordance with the above principle. Analyse the CSCA strengh formation mechanism and built estimation model about strength improvement with direct physical meaning and powerful data fitting. According to the theoretical analysis and entity application impact,the author suggests the optimum CSCA's cement contents for the current high-grade highways. The research on the entity application impact shows that the CSCA desighed by vibrating method is of strong mechanical properties and resistance against cracks and can greatly contribute to or even solve the contraction cracking problem.
