Study On Risk Management Of ? Project Of Line 8 Of Beijing Metro

The paper is based on the 3rd phase project of Beijing Metro Line 8,of which the purpose is to research on risk management and control in the process of project construction and to establish and perfect the feasible risk control system and risk management system in order to put forward effective safety risk management methods,to reduce all kinds of disaster losses and social influence.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzing in detail the main problems of metro project construction by reading literatures and summarizing technical experiences;Summarizing the special problems appearing in the construction process of the 3rd phase project of Beijing Metro Line8,which provide the solid foundation and guide for risk management.(2)Identifying the risks through preparation period,installation organization and project acceptation periods and classifying the risks into 4 aspects,such as nature,resources,technology and management in order to do further research.(3)Based on the 3rd phase project of Beijing Metro Line 8,putting forward the solutions for different kinds of risks such as nature,resources,technology and management and also putting forward the risk control target and methods of the project.The results of the research have contributed to study,absorb and master the advanced technology of risk management of Metro project in both China and abroad,to improve the risk control consciousness,to reduce the risk appearance rate and also provide the guiding rule for Metro project construction.
