Research On The Relationship Between Body And Place From The Perspective Of Embodied Cognition

The Contemporary World Architecture hybridity,chaos in the creation,the starting point of architectural design more and more is not clear,in the trend of scientific and rational thought,the architectural creation began to appear "form follows" structure "forms follow form",and then completely rational thought can not fully meet people's physical and mental experience and spiritual pursuit."Semiotics" and "hermeneutics" theory,architecture is gradually simplified as visual symbols on the collage or abstract images,people are regarded as the symbol of the image receiver.This situation makes the starting point of architectural design more and more away from the body".This paper is based on "embodied cognition theory",stressed that the body is the main design and experience places,adhere to the "and" thought,interaction between the brain and the body,pay attention to the environment,and to demonstrate the interaction between "body" and "place design",so as to establish the "body" in the construction experience first,the main body status,function of technology brings scientific rationality and Postmodernism in the field of building construction to solve the abstraction and image of a series of problems.From the perspective of embodied cognition,how to recognize the "place" in the "body" and the "body" as the cognitive subject in the place design to study the relationship between "body" and "place".With "embodied cognition" as the theoretical basis,to explore the body of places of physical structure,material quality,behavior guidance,metaphor symbol,place aesthetic cognitive style and content,specifically related to perception,body image and body schema,the human body of creation,the body of the symbolic cognitive environment and so on.From the point of view of place theory,how to consider the "body" in the design of "place",the "body" as the object of consideration in the design of the place,to study the relationship between "body" and "place".From the perspective of "place theory",this paper studies how the body experiences the place from four aspects.It can be divided into the structure and material of the place,the use and flow of the place,the human and the natural environment of the place,the motive force of the place.Through the discussion of two aspects of the relevance of the summary of the five aspects of body and location,and then launch the body corresponding design method,direct experience and feelings will return to the "design of the main body",focuses on the interaction between body and environment,so as to solve the contemporary architectural places to create the "health" experience the problem.In addition,the embodied cognition theory and architecture theory,the establishment of "body" in the construction experience in subject position,find out the place in the design of "body" and related factors,to make up for the architectural design of "body" as the main body of the theory blank,avoiding the drawbacks of the blind pursuit of places of function and technology brings,thus improving the both the construction of place theory.
