Research On Modular Building Construction System And Space Design

Building industrialization is an important trend in the development of the global construction industry,and modular architecture is an important branch of the industrial building system.There has the following main obstacles restricting the further development of the construction field at present: energy,land,environment and so on.Technology,norms and standards are gradually changing in the field of construction,so the inevitable trend in the field of architecture design that tend to industrialization and green building in the future.As a new construction system,modular building has great advantages in economy,environmental protection,energy saving and efficiency of construction cycle.In this paper,construction system and space design module construction as the starting point of research,combined with the current development trend of construction industrialization,and actively explore the module building system,in-depth excavation space combination and interior design strategy module architecture.This paper mainly launches the elaboration through the following three parts: The modular building construction system and space design as the starting point for the study in this paper,The first part is the construction of modular building system and analysis of the basic flow of the modular building unit box.On the one hand,the paper analyzes the whole process of the unit box structure,maintenance system and the production of unit box.On the other hand,this paper discusses the feasibility and operability of modular building from the aspects of material and structure.This paper analyzes and discusses the adaptive combination method of the box body by means of examples,and researches on how to deal with the function and space requirements.From small to large,from simple to complex summed up the box in the small building and large-scale construction of two aspects of the combination of design.The third part,the design of the interior space of the modular building is studied,and the design method of the interior space is put forward.The paper also makes a comparative study of the different indoor layout of the box,and obtains the use characteristics of the box under different indoor layout.Study methods of this thesis uses the theory knowledge with practical project experience,based on module construction technology,prefabricated construction technology and construction of the industrialization of three aspects of relevant literature and data of the study,analysis and research,and forms a complete knowledge structure.Based on the first-hand information of the actual project collected and summarized,in contrast to the literature research,to make up for an oversight,objectively presents current situation module of construction technology in China,and find out the problems and put forward the corresponding development strategies from.Starting from the actual project,and a combination of literature research and field research,research of space structure,There is a systematic and accurate research on the construction technology,materials and modules of the modular building.
