Research On Modular Construction And Evaluation Of The Green Building Technique System

The objective complexity and influence factors variety determine that green building is a complex system. While previous studies focus on a certain part of the green building, lack of systematic research. At the same time the green building is still designed with traditional building design ideas, lack of integrity, initiative and creativity. Therefore, in order to realize the benefit requirements of the green building it’s necessary to analyse and research on the technical measures, project objectives and influence factors of the green building and the relations between them by using the theory and method of complexity science and system science from the system angle of the green building.Based on the system angle, this article structures the technique system model of the green building. This article designs the technology module system with independent structure and integration function and the green building schemes under the restriction of different targets by using modularization theory to decompose and combine the system model. The main research contents include:(1) Based on green building’s system, structuring the multiple factors composited techniques system model of the green building by analyzing the system elements.(2) Using modularization theory to get the discretization presentation of the green building’s technology system and structure the technique module system of the green building. Including construction of the green building’s technique decomposition system, designing the method of module building based on the analytic hierarchy process and efficiency score method and forming green building the technique modular system based on the climate, resources in Wuhan.(3) Putting forward the green building design method and flow, this is based on the modular integration. Studying on the green building schemes evaluation and putting forward the evaluation method of the green building technology modules and design plans. This method is based on the "Evaluation Technology Detailed Rules For Green Building".(4) Studying on the application of the technique modular system, design method based on the modular integration and the green building evaluation method with engineering example.This research provides a simple and effective design method which is beneficial to promote the innovative and adaptability of green building techniques and plans and the theoretical Basis of large-scale development of the green building.
