Research On The Design Of The Interior Public Space Of The Institutional Pension Facilities

With the deepening of the aging trend in our country,the increase in the number of the elderly and the change of the family model,the young labor force is reduced,the home pension alone can not meet the needs of the aging society.The whole people pension and the whole society pension has become an indisputable social requirement.As a concrete manifestation of social pension,institutional pension facilities have become the support of the whole pension system,so its rigid demand increases.Indoor public space as an important part of the institutional pension facilities,providing a place to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly,its design is directly related to the quality of life of the elderly.However,at present,China's old-age facilities lack the perfect type system,the development is relatively backward,the design of the indoor public space is relatively low,research lag.Domestic research still remain at the level of environmental psychology,can refer to the industry standard specification is still less,there is no rational analysis of the design.Based on this background,this paper hopes to study the interior public space of Institutional pension facilities.First of all,this paper summarizes the research on the old-age facilities at home and abroad.Secondly,on the basis of this theoretical research,the author conducts field investigation,and makes a survey on the current situation of pension facilities of indoor public space.From four aspects of the general situation,the situation of charging service,the function of spatial layout,the layout of typical space and the use to finish the research results.At the same time,combined with the questionnaire results,to get the analysis of the indoor public space configuration,use,the use of good and bad results and other issues,and summarize the status quo.Then,studyting the general characteristics of the elderly and carry out a questionnaire survey on the elderly in the old-age facilities to understand the various characteristics of the elderly,and summarize their usage requirements of the indoor public space.Through status survey and questionnaire survey,the author summarizes the current situation of the main issues include:(1)functional configuration is not reasonable(2)flat layout lack of adaptability(3)functional space organization is inadequate 4 functional space design is lacking.Summed up the use of the elderly needs mainly include the following aspects:(1)home comfortable and warm atmosphere(2)safe and comfortable and convenient environment(3)multi-level and easy to communicate space.Based on these present conditions and needs,combined with the summary of the outstanding cases at home and abroad,author put forward seven points to solve the direction,including "functional configuration system,the layout of the diversification,functional organization diversity,the functional space design refinement,Design humane,functional configuration rich."Finally,aiming at the seven-point solution direction,the author has carried on the research and elaboration from three aspects: the system construction,the function,the whole layout and the three aspects of the functional space design,the environment design and the humanized design.This paper hopes to provide valuable reference for creating high quality environment and improving the quality of life of the elderly through the research of interior public space design of institutional pension facilities.
