The Color Design Of Indoor Public Space In Pension Building

China is still known as a developing country. As a country with the largest population in the world, the aging population issue has become increasingly prominent. To the end of year 2013, the latest figures, published by the National aging population, show that China’s aging population percentage is close to 15%, and the number has reached more than 25% in the first-tier cities like Beijing and Shanghai. The aging population has become common social phenomenon. In recent years the rise of pension building is inevitable to meet market demand of aging population. With the development of the endowment real estate and the increasing market demand aging population residence, the demand of professional and specialized pension building is upsizing day by day. The endowment real estate, as a huge market, is attracting more focus. Till 2014, more than 80 real estate enterprises have entered the endowment real estate sector. However, they are all facing the dilemma of high input, slow output situation, how to ensure the normal operation and profit is a challenge of every real estate enterprise. It also gives higher requirements on the pension building design and interior design quality.This paper explains the color design for interior public space of pension buildings, discussing the importance of it. From the color psychology and color physiology point of view, emphasizes the service feature and the particularity of color design on the interior public space. Analyze various color design issues on the existing pension building and interior public space from multiple angles, hoping, through this article, to attracting more attentions on the color design for pension building indoor public space. This paper, based on scientific color design theory, hopefully can give an overall analysis on the pension building and interior public space from the color design perspective. It’s also pointed out in the paper that the reasonable and effective space color design is critically important to the design quality of the interior public space for pension buildings.
