Research On The Design Of Transportation Space Of Institutional Aged Facilities For Semi-self Type In Xi'an

The elderly is an important part of human social structure.Since the beginning of the 90 s of last century,China has formally entered an aging society.Up to the day,aging has become a social problem that has attracted much attention.By the end of 2016,more than 230 million people aged 60 and over accounted for 16.7% of the total population,which more than 150 million were 65 and over,accounting for 10.8%.The government has introduced a series of guiding policies to deal with the growing population of the elderly.As the saying goes: "the old people to old legs " The design of public transportation space for the elderly should take full account of the problems encountered by the elderly in their daily use.Not only solve the problem of accessibility,but also be based on the psychological characteristics,physiological characteristics and behavioral characteristics of the elderly to create a comfortable living environment for the elderly.This paper mainly focuses on the research direction of institutional pension,the research group is based on the nursing home,the elderly hospital,the old apartment to exploring of the design method of public transportation space for old age buildings in Xi'an.Through learning the detailed design of facilities for the elderly in developed countries,analyses the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly.Pay attention to the space perception,scale,material,color,details of the elements of the public transportation space of the old-age building in the old-age building.Study on the indoor and outdoor transportation space of the old-age building.According to the research results,analyses the existed old-age buildings and put forward the design method of feasibility improvement so that the architecture can serve the elderly better.Summed up the basic principle of fine design of building for the aged and the appropriate size of the details.
