Research On Interior Public Space Design Of Community Endowment Facilities Based On Environmental Behavior

At present,China is stepping into the aging community,and the population scale is making more significant aging trend.Due to the miniaturization of the family structure,the increasingly weakened function of nursing of traditional family has contributed to the large demands of pension facilities.Since entering the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan",the state has been committed to the improvement of the elderly care service system.As an important component of the elderly care service system,the construction and development of community elderly care facilities have achieved fruitful results.Although the construction of community elderly care facilities has made great achievements in quantity,but there are still many deficiencies in the space environment.Among them,the indoor public space is an important part of the community elderly care facilities,which provides a place for the daily activities of the elderly.The quality of its design has a significant impact on the quality of life of the elderly.Based on this background,this paper hopes to be able to make a more in-depth study on the indoor public space of community pension facilities.This paper takes the community pension facilities in Chongqing as an example to study from the perspective of the Environment-behavior Studies Theory.Firstly,it introduces the related theories of the Environment-behavior Studies Theory:environmental perception theory,spatial behavior theory to understand the relationship between people,behavior and environment,and summarizes the physiological,psychological and behavioral needs of the elderly;secondly,it uses the research methods of the Environment-behavior Studies Theory: participation observation,behavioral map and structural interview to conduct field Research on the indoor public space of five community pension facilities,to have a deep understanding of the use of indoor public space,and to analysis of the factors affecting the use.Finally,this paper puts forward the design strategy of indoor public space to meet the behavior needs of the elderly on this basis.In this paper,there are tow levels to raise the research questions.First,according to the reading and analysis of the literature,we can get the problems of community pension facilities: the lack of attention to public space;Secondly,through field research,we can get the problems of public space architecture: the lack of architectural design;finally,according to the use of public space by the elderly,we can get the analysis the influence factors of material space on the behavior of the elderly.Generally speaking,these two levels of problems follow the process from large to small,from macro to specific.The paper is divided into five parts,six chapters.The first part(Chapter 1)is to raise questions: the first chapter describes the research background,research content and research methods,analyzes and summarizes the research status of behavior characteristics and space utilization of the elderly in public space of pension facilities at home and abroad,and defines the research purpose and meaningThe second part(Chapter 2,Chapter 3)is the analysis problem: Chapter 2 mainly establishes the analysis framework of this paper,introduces the relevant theories and research methods of environmental behavior,analyzes the basic characteristics and needs of the elderly,and conducts the basic research on the indoor public space of the elderly care facilities,and in addition,the paper makes a comparative analysis of the differences between the public space of large-scale and community facilities for the aged.The third chapter is mainly about the investigation of the current situation of facilities and the analysis of the influence of functional space on the behavior of the elderly.In the research part,it introduces the general situation of the facilities firstly,analyzes the functional composition,hierarchy and combination mode of the public space,and summarizes the existing problems of the facilities;the influence of the space on the behavior of the elderly compares the influence of the functional space of the same attribute in the facilities on the behavior of the elderly from the two aspects of behavior and environment,and summarizes the characteristics of the behavior mode of the elderly in the community facilities for the aged Its spatial influence factors.The third part(Chapter 4)to solve the problem,combined with the results of the investigation and analysis and the behavior classification of the elderly,puts forward the design strategy of the public space of the community pension facilities,including creating a "sense of belonging" living space,promoting social interaction space,meeting the environmental comfort of the rest space and meeting the safety and auxiliary needs of the traffic space.The fourth part(Chapter 5)is the case application,through the optimization design of Jiangbeicheng Street Community pension facilities public space,to verify the design points put forward above.The fifth part(Chapter 6)is the research summary,which summarizes and ponders this article,and looks forward to the follow-up research.
