Switched reluctance motor(SRM)drive control system is a new Mechatronics stepless speed regulation system,the SRM system has such problems as serious nonlinear system,complicated control and so on,most of the control systems used in the market adopt the fuzzy control technology or the traditional PID control technology,which leads to the lack of real-time performance and the accuracy of the system.In order to solve these problems,this paper designs a set of high precision,low cost,high real-time,high efficiency switch reluctance motor drive control system.The system scheme based on STM32+FPGA is chosen as the main control system.STM32 is responsible for the current signal acquisition,and using SPI for communication with FPGA,processing to determine the level of control level signal;FPGA is responsible for the signal processing of the rotor position of the motor,and the parallel capability of FPGA ensures that the system can control the multi phase motor at the same time.Rotor signal is collected by using a rotating transformer,and the current signal is collected by Holzer current sensor,which can greatly improve the accuracy and reliability of the system.Between the system and the host computer using Modbus to communicate,in the Modbus can monitor the motor current,voltage,the opening angle,off angle and other parameters,and the relevant parameters of the system to modify and debug.The system using two-phase winding starting mode instead of the traditional single-phase winding starting mode to improve the starting stage of torque,reducing motor died interval range.The system using current chopping control in low speed,using angle position control in high speed to make the motor in different speed range are maintained at high efficiency and to avoid the braking torque of the motor.The fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm is put forward for switched reluctance motor,it ensured the real-time and accuracy of the system,and solved the traditional fuzzy control technology which leads to complex process system lack of accuracy,because the information will to simplify.At the same tine,the fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm solved the problem of the traditional PID control technology is not very good in the control of nonlinear,time varying,coupling and uncertain parameters and structure.Experimental results show that the accuracy of the system in 10r/min,the maximum overshoot is not more than 20r/min,the maximum efficiency of 91%,the average efficiency of 89%,reaching 87% of the average efficiency of the same motor level.
