Torque is one of the important parameters of the motor,it reflects the ability of the motor with a load.Study on a real-time measurement of motor dynamic and static torque testing system is of great significance for the motor's mechanical properties,reliability,safety and longevity.Aiming at problems that real-time measurement of dynamic and static torque of the motor,in switched reluctance motor as the research object,a method for measuring the motor dynamic and static real-time torque measurement solutions is proposed,and motor torque measurement system was implemented.The system consists of a main control module,resolver decoding module,switched reluctance motor drive module and PC module.System measures the motor torque according to the twist angle of flexible coupling which detect by resolver and the coefficient of elasticity of elastic coupling which have been calibrated.the master controller of system uses FPGA + STM32 architecture,FPGA is mainly used for collecting position values and driving switched reluctance motor,STM32 is mainly used for communication with the host computer and control motor,using SPI bus to communicate between them,Realize the torque testing system of high speed and intelligent.The system communication with the host computer with Modbus and the host computer debug and control slave computer with Modbus Poll,it can control the speed,input voltage and direction of the motor and other parameters,it also can display the motor torque,speed and position values and other parameters.The experimental results show that static torque test according to JJG 2047-2006 Verification Scheme of Measuring Instruments for Torque method,the maximum error of the measured value and the standard value of the static torque is 0.35 N·m,static torque maximum relative error is 0.73%.Dynamic torque validated by precision dynamic torque,the maximum error of the measured value and the standard value of the dynamic torque is 0.27N·m,dynamic torque maximum relative error is 0.68%.The motor torque measurement system can measure the dynamic and static torque,speed,current and other parameters of the switched reluctance motor in real time,which provides an effective reference method for measuring the torque of the motor.
