Switched reluctance motor(SRM)has simple structure,strong speed regulation,good reliability and wide speed range,which makes it widely used in aviation,electrical transmission,home appliances,power tools and other fields.However,the double salient pole structure of the switched reluctance motor and the switching power supply mode cause the motor to generate a large torque ripple during operation,which limits the development of the switched reluctance motor.This paper studies the suppression of the torque ripple.This article first introduces the existing control theory of the switched reluctance motor,and briefly describes the source and research status of the torque ripple of the switched reluctance motor.Based on the nonlinear characteristics of the switched reluctance motor,a finite element low-frequency electromagnetic simulation is performed.The parameters of the motor body are optimized using Maxwell software.The relationship between the motor parameters and torque ripple is studied.Simulate the resonance frequency range and perform noise analysis on the motor body at the same time to obtain the sound field distribution.In terms of control algorithm,this paper introduces fuzzy control algorithm,and combines fuzzy control with traditional PI controller to design fuzzy PI controller.Simulations show that the double closed-loop control strategy of switched reluctance motor based on fuzzy PI controller can effectively reduce system overshoot and increase system robustness.Introduce fuzzy PI controller into the direct torque control strategy of switched reluctance motor.Through fuzzy PI controller to adjust the speed loop of the motor,the dynamic performance of the system is improved and the torque ripple is reduced.Subsequently,the BP-PID controller is designed based on the neural network,and the BP-PID controller and fuzzy PI controller are introduced into the torque loop and speed loop of direct instantaneous torque control.Simulation shows that this control strategy can effectively reduce Torque pulsation forms precise control of torque and speed.Finally,this paper designs a switched reluctance motor controller based on STM32F103RBT6,and sets up a switched reluctance motor experimental platform.Experimental tests show that the motor controller designed this time realizes the double closed-loop control of the motor and meets the design requirements.
