| In recent years, with simple structure, flexible control, good speed performance and many advantages of the switched reluctance drive system, it is widely concerned in the electrica field. Therefore, the switched reluctance drive system based on DSP is studied in depth in this paper.First of all, this paper introduces the developing prospect and current main research trends of SRD system. Then the basic structure and principle of switched reluctance motor are theoretically analyzed in depth. On this basis, according to the nonlinear of SRM, linear methods are used to deduce the simplified mathematical model of SRM. On the basis of mathematical model of SRM, the basic working principle of SRD system is studied in depth, and the control strategies and operational characteristics of SRD are also analyzed.Then, according to the control features of SRD system and control strategies the hardware circuits of SRD system are designed. The main hardware circuits include power converter and drive circuit, position detection and subdivisible angle circuit, current detection circuit, PWM output circuit, fault detection circuit and the minimal system circuit. On this basis, according to the thought of foreground/background modular programming and the main functions of SRD system, the software of SRD system is designed and the flow chart of main program and subprogram are provided.Finally, according to the nonlinear and strong coupling of SRM, fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm for SRD is used in this paper. And the SRD system based on fuzzy self-tuning PID is simulated and studied. And the simulation results are compared by the simulation results of switched reluctance drive system based on conventional PID. The comparison results indicate that the switched reluctance drive system based on fuzzy self-tuning PID has high speed respond, small overshoot and good restrain interference performance, so it is obviously better than conventional PID control algorithm.This paper introduces the DSP controller, which have high-speed computing ability and highly integration and intelligent fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm to the switched reluctance drive system, and it gets a good control effect. Therefore, the research on this system has great practical value. |
