Switched reluctance motors have the characteristics of simple structure,low cost,many controllable parameters,strong fault tolerance and wide speed range,etc.,which are widely used in electric vehicles,electronic machinery and other fields.However,the double salient pole structure and commutation conduction principle of the motor lead to torque pulsation and noise,which limit the practical application of the motor.In order to solve this problem,fuzzy PI control algorithm is introduced into the direct instantaneous torque control strategy to optimize the speed control module,which can improve the dynamic response characteristics of the system and effectively suppress the torque pulsation,so as to achieve accurate control of the torque and speed of switched reluctance motor and ensure its stable operation.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The causes of the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor and the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional control strategy were analyzed.Aiming at the problem that the traditional control strategy had limited torque ripple suppression effect,a direct instantaneous torque control scheme based on fuzzy PI control was proposed.(2)Based on the direct instantaneous torque control strategy,the fuzzy PI control algorithm was introduced to optimize the speed control module and improve the torque ripple suppression effect.At the same time,the simulation model of the control system is established by Matlab,which proves that the control strategy can effectively suppress the torque pulsation and improve the dynamic response speed of the system.(3)Using STM32F103C8T6 as the main control chip,the fuzzy PI direct instantaneous torque control circuit is designed,which mainly includes: position detection,current and voltage detection,power converter and drive control circuit.On this basis,a software control system is developed to realize the fuzzy PI direct instantaneous torque control strategy.The experimental results show that the direct instantaneous torque control strategy based on fuzzy PI control algorithm can improve the dynamic response speed of the system and effectively suppress the torque ripple of the motor.
