Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of urbanization,the lifting platform,one of aerial work equipment,has become a basic equipment in the construction industry.Attached with more and more attention,the lifting platform is widely used in garden,transportation,airport,municipal and other fields.It can not only expand the scope of operations,improve the work efficiency,and reduce labor intensity,but also increase the safety of staffs.The overall mechanism modeling of M12 vertical column lifting platform involves the design principle of the existing products,the information of 2D drawings provided by manufacturers,and the utilization of SolidWorks software.According to the related industry standard of aerial work platform and the actual working conditions,we can obtain the load under the most dangerous working condition.Under the premise that the accuracy of the calculation is not affected,the strength and the stiffness of those lifting structure that under the most dangerous conditions,are being studied using ANSYS Workbench related modules and analysis principle.The dynamic analysis of the vertical column lifting platform is based upon static analysis,and the low order natural frequency and corresponding vibration modes are obtained from the pre-stressed model analysis.What’s more,the displacement of the lifting mechanism that happened at the moment of the oil cylinder started is on the basis of the transient dynamic analysis.What mentioned above are very important to the stability and safety of the whole machine.In accordance with the characteristics of vertical column lifting platform,the anti-tipping stability of the machine is analyzed using torque balance method.Also,based on the analyze of the stability of plate on column using the static method and the finite element buckling analysis,the critical load of column is calculated.It provides the theoretical basis for estimating the stability of the column and the follow-up design improvement.The optimal design of the vertical column lifting mechanism is based on the static and dynamic analysis using the ANSYS.Among them,the design variable is the section size of the lifting mechanism,the state variable is the maximal stress of the structure,and the objective function is the volume of the structure.The final result will be the optimal size combination to light the structure,which is a significant guidance for the future improvement.
