In recent decades,the problems of energy and environment have caused public concern widely,and become the main problem of the sustainable development of the world.Nowadays,developing and utilizing wind power become an important choice for the whole world.With the rapid development of the capacity of the domestic wind power,the wind power starts to replace the electrical energy,but the related equipments,such as the daily maintenance,the replacement of the major parts of the wind turbine and so on,cannot catch up with the development of wind power.Currently,the maintenance of the platform relies on foreign large hoisting equipments,but the price of the equipments is quite expensive.The maintenance services of the damaged equipments also cannot get professional technical support,and it leads to a lot of inconvenience to the users.Therefore,the design and development of a new type of wind turbine maintenance lifting platform is necessary and can help to promote the development of the domestic large-scale fan maintenance project.In this thesis,a traction type maintenance lifting platform of the external wind turbine was designed and analyzed,which was based on the existing maintenance lifting equipment and the digital design technology.Firstly,the two design schemes for the two existing wind turbine maintenance lifting equipments,the maintenance lifting equipment for traction wind turbine and self-climbing wind turbine maintenance crane equipment,were analyzed and compared.Based on the working principle of the automobile crane and the characteristics of the engine room,tower structure and special conditions.Through the comprehensive analysis and comparison,the overall scheme of the external maintenance lifting platform of the traction type wind turbine is determined.Secondly,the main components of the wind turbine maintenance equipment were initially designed,and the digital model of the equipment is established.The two most dangerous conditions were determined based on the actual operating conditions,and the finite element model was established by ANSYS Workbench.Then the static analysis of the main structural components of the platform was analyzed to ensure that the main components could meet the strength and stiffness design requirements.The first ten natural frequencies and mode shapes for both the platform and the two parts of the lifting arms were obtained in order to avoid resonance and reduce the negative effect.Transient dynamic analysis of lifting arms were calculated,and four conditions were analyzed.The response curves of the displacement,velocity and acceleration of the crane were obtained,and the mechanical analysis process of the wind turbine was accomplished.At last,in order to verify that the internal parts in the wind turbine engine room could be replaced safely,the method of moment balance was used to analyze the stability of the wind turbine in the maintenance of the engine room.In this thesis,the design of the maintenance lifting platform of wind turbine was completed.The stability of the wind turbine when platform located at the top of the tower was further studied.The whole work could help to promote the development of the wind turbine maintenance platform in the wind power industry.
