With the continuous increase of car ownership in China,the demand for parking spaces is also increasing.In some fixed and narrow urban spaces,using the remaining space of these areas to build multi-layered three-dimensional parking facilities can effectively alleviate the problem of parking difficulties.However,due to the stability of the lifting mechanism mast,the use efficiency of multi-layered parking facilities is not efficient.In this paper,the mast of lifting mechanism of multi-layered three-dimensional parking facilities is taken as the research object,and the research is carried out from the direction of stability.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the force diagram of lifting mechanism frame of multi-layered threedimensional parking facilities is established,and the restraint reaction force and internal force of lifting mechanism frame of multi-layered three-dimensional parking facilities are solved by force method.After that,according to stability theory,the stability calculation model of the whole lifting mechanism mast under two working conditions is established,and the discriminant formula of the stability of the lifting mechanism mast is derived.Secondly,the finite element model of lifting mechanism mast mast of multi-layered parking facilities was established.The static simulation analysis was carried out on the lifting mechanism of two different working conditions,and the displacement of the entire lifting mechanism was obtained under two working conditions.Offset data and stress values are compared with theoretical calculations to verify that the lifting mechanism meets the requirements for use.Then,by means of the experimental method,the multi-layer parking facility lifting mechanism is experimentally verified.The experiments of different heights under the same load and different loads at the same height are carried out respectivel y,and the displacement of the mast of the lifting mechanism is measured.According to the measured offset of the lifting mechanism mast,the curve image is drawn,and the simulation results are compared with the lifting mechanism to observe the trend of their curves.Finally,with the help of the mathematical model of structural optimization,taking the mast wall thickness of lifting mechanism as design variable,the range of mast wall thickness variation as condition constraint,and the minimum weight of lifting mechanism mast as optimization objective,the mathematical model of structural optimization design of lifting mechanism mast is established.The mast structure of lifting mechanism is optimized,and the optimal scheme is selected according to the optimization results.In this paper,the stability of mast of lifting mechanism of multi-layered parking facilities is studied,and the rationality of theoretical calculation model is proved by finite element simulation and experimental verification.By opti mizing the structure of mast of lifting mechanism,a reasonable mast structure is obtained,which reduces the cost and can be applied to engineering calculation.
