Scissor lifting mechanism is widely applied into the design and completion of stereo garage.Under the condition of rapid growth of automobile volume year by year and large reduction of parking facilities and places offered in city,parking difficulty becomes a particularly prominent drawback for going out.In the view of the above practical problems,a new type of stereo garage based on scissor lifting mechanism has emerged.However,because of the large load of lifting mechanism of stereo garage and complexity of movement status,its stability and safety are relatively weak.To solve the problems above,firstly,classical mechanics analysis method was adopted to calculate stability of scissor lifting mechanism based on hypothesized principal.Then,virtual prototyping technology in ADAMS platform was used to set up three-dimensional simulation platform.Finally,finite element method was used to make static calculation and optimization design of key construction.Firstly,stability calculation method based on statics,virtual displacement and scissor lifting mechanism of carrier robot were researched on the basis of analysis of the development of scissor lifting mechanism at home and aboard.The stress of each hinge point and the stability of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder under the condition of maximum thrust were calculated through classical mechanics.Then,in the process of dynamic simulation analysis,three-dimensional of scissor lifting mechanism was set up with the virtual prototyping technique.By adding constraints,loads and drivers,the simulation outputs of the key components of the scissor type lifting mechanism,such as displacement,velocity,acceleration and force,are realized and the performance of the elevator,the range of motion,the peak load and the load input of the finite element method areestimated at the same time.Finally,finite element analysis method was adopted to make static calculation of scissors arm and piston rod in scissor lifting mechanism through ANSYS software.Through the combination of optimal design of data flow in the model and three-dimensional simulation results,not only the overall mechanism stability was increased,but also structural optimization of piston rod and scissors arm were completed,which therefore decreased the use of material and promoted economic benefits.
