With the exhaustion of the traditional energy,wind power as a kind of environmental protection and renewable clean energy is increasingly attention by people.so the wind power industry has grown and developed rapidly.While the demand for wind turbine installed high-speed.growth,but the related supporting industries such as wind turbine routine maintenance,repair and replacement of major components are not followed.Especially in China,the current existing maintenance mode is also limited to the use of a large crane lifting equipment into the wind field.In this way,both from the environmental benefits or economic point of view is not desirable.Of the current large-scale offshore wind turbines,the traditional hoisting machinery is more difficult to accomplish,but also there is a long period and construction of complex issues.Thus,specifically for studies of large wind generator maintenance of lifting platforms is more and more attention.Based on the existing forms of lifting equipment and relevant similar products design concept,on the basis of digital prototype technology as the main means,combined with the relevant design parameters and a large number of relevant references to design and research specifically for internal parts replacement of a wind turbine maintenance lifting platform.First of all,bridge cranes and jib cranes' working principle is based reference,in combination with special working condition and structure form of wind turbine based on principles of feasibility and practicability of the whole is put forward and compared the two kinds of maintenance platform,through the comprehensive analysis and comparison,finally determine the bridge mounted wind turbine internal maintenance lifting platform overall scheme.Combined with the crane and wind turbine standard and design manual to the main mechanism of maintenance platform for the preliminary design selection.Established the three-dimensional model of wind turbine internal maintenance lifting platform;Import it into the finite element analysis software,in view of the main bridge structure statics analysis,and using the optimization principle of the first-order optimization method(gradient method),the optimized design,make the platform greatly reduce the weight;Analysis software of the modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis module of the platform dynamics performance,it is concluded that the natural frequency and vibration mode,also obtained the safe operation of the platform can meet the relationship between the size of the heavy winds.In order to further determine the maintenance platform to wind turbine's cabin internal safety and stable running,adaptability to maintenance platform and the cabin were studied.Select currently developing offshore wind turbine of internal structure,by choosing a special condition the influence of the platform frame of the wind turbine,using static analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis,as well as the stability analysis and other means to verify the rationality of the design of the maintenance platform.This paper completed the model of wind turbine maintenance lifting platform's prototype design,analysis and optimization.and studied wind turbine overall adaptation under the effect of maintenance platform,It plays a role in the theory research and industrialization process of maintenance lifting platform.
