Due to the rapid development of the national economy and automobile industry,the problem of urban car parking has become has attracted people’s attention.It is of great significance for the research of three-dimensional garage,because it can be an effective solution to alleviate static traffic problems.The vertical lift stereo garage,also known as the smart garage,is an important development direction for future urban garages due to its high space utilization and high degree of automation.The steel structure and the load plate,which are important for the safety and reliability of the entire garage,are the key structures of the vertical lift stereo garage.In this paper,the steel structure and load board which is the key structure of the three-dimensional garage is optimized.On the basis of the development of key structures of vertical lifting stereo garages,the material surface and structural dimensions of the key structure of the three-dimensional garage are optimized to prevent surface corrosion,improve the service life and achieve lightweight structure.For the optimization of the material surface of the vertical lift stereo garage,the super-hydrophobic coating is applied to the surface of the key structure of the stereo garage.Composite coatings were prepared using varnish and silica,and it is coated on the surface of the key structural material Q235 steel.From the experiments,it is proved that the surface morphology and elemental composition of Q235 is changed by the composite coating.And the Q235 has a relatively stable superhydrophobicity.Moreover,the composite coating also has good anti-friction and strong adhesion,which is not easily affected by external factors.The composite material is simple and environmentally friendly,and can be applied to the surface of key structures of the steelstructure and the load board,and can protect the surface from corrosion.The continuum topology optimization method is used to optimize the steel structure of the three-dimensional garage,and the large and complex steel structure is divided into modules to simplify the optimization process.The topology is obtained through ANSYS Workbench,and the optimized steel structure model is obtain from the optimized topology.The static and dynamic analysis results are obtained through finite element analysis to ensure that the optimized steel structure is within the safe allowable range.It is shown from the optimization result that the weight of the original steel structure diagonal support beam is reduced by approximate 4.7% under the premise of ensuring the strength and safety.Based on the influence of different vehicles on the comb teeth,the mechanical model of the comb rack was established.The finite element analysis and optimization were carried out to determine the comb specifications.It is shown from the results that in the condition of the vehicle parking requirements,the weight of the optimized full three-dimensional garage is reduced by about 11.5%.From the research results,it is provide a useful reference for the structural design and optimization of vertical lifting stereo garage.
