with the increase of car ownership,the city traffic congestion and environmental pollution become more and more serious,it has become a top priority to solve the problem.Under the background of the urban rail transit,park-and-ride is a combination way to travel,with the help of rail transit network city,it could ease the heart of the city’s traffic congestion,what’s more,it could solve the urban parking and environmental pollution problems to a certain extent,therefore,park-and-ride has broad application prospects.The purpose of the urban traffic system’s improvement was to convenient residents’ travel,this thesis analyzed the park-and-ride at home and abroad,and forecast the park-and-ride demand and the car trips with future,and made the necessary park-and-ride intention survey,what’s more,this thesisr analyzed the influence factors of the demand and establishes the model of the corresponding urban park-and-ride selection probability.Then,From the perspec-tive of P + R location reasonable,based on the analysis of the park-and-ride principle and location factors,this thesisr considered service level optimization which based on rail transit network,and the travel cost in the constraint condition had been introduced.At last,the park-and-ride location with changsha as an example to verifie the feasibility and validity of the model.In this thesis,the research of urban park-and-ride had practical reference value,the reasonable parking transfer scheme could guide the car travel to public transportation effectively,therefore,it could reduce traffic congestion carbon emissions,and optimize the urban traffic system.
