A good urban transport system must have the perfect parking facilities, for the protection of the barrier-free dynamic traffic. Park and Ride facilities have been planning as a complex system engineering issues for research Because of people's gradually deepening understanding through the complexity of the transportation system and complex systems theory's guiding transportation planning.The article carried out a detailed analysis based on the current situation and development of urban transport problems and pointed out the characteristics of urban transportation and traffic congestion reasons and also gave a analysis to the necessity and feasibility of the establishment of a Park and Ride system. Then introduced the complex systems theory ,based on this analyzed the structure of parking system, Basis on the analysis of parking supply and demand, qualitative analyzed the types and proportion of parking facilities.The complex systems theory is used to analyse Park and Ride for further step, the impact on the Park and Ride site factors, and the criteria of site selection and the Model of the Location, were studied and used a simplified Model of the Location to site planning. |
