Experience business center has developed in China rapidly. In E-commerce era, the rapid impact of the network technology changes the desire of consumer and influence the pattern of retail business. So there are challenges of business center design. In this paper,the change of customer consumption characteristics in E-commerce era is taken as the breakthrough point. Through the comparison of the demand of the traditional experiential business and the commercial business of E-commerce era, the new design pattern of the era is put forward, named "Complex experiential business model". Through the location,format, moving line and space to explore the development trend of experience business center and complex design strategy. Finally the project - "Taihu Lake Art City" has provided feedback to the design strategy, coming to the conclusion.The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter explains the background,significance and methods of this study. The second chapter combs the development thread of the experience business center, the related cases and the problems. The third chapter summarizes the power supply of the experience business center and the new concept.The fourth to sixth chapters carry out the research on the design pattern from the location,the format, the line and the space respectively. |
