With the continuous development of the economy and society,the economic form is constantly evolving.Human society has experienced four economic forms:agricultural economy,industrial economy,service economy and experience economy.In the current experience economy era,the personalized needs of users are getting more and more attention.Shopping malls,as an important experience consumer place for urban groups,are also changing with the times,in order to continuously meet the higher demands of people for the experience.In the context of experience economy,this topic starts from the customer experience.Through the combination of theory and practice,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the problems of the current shopping center in the scene experience are deeply analyzed.Then classify related issues and build a demand model,and carry out targeted product and strategy design exploration.It is hoped that through this research,it will promote the relevant operators of shopping centers to continuously optimize the overall experience of the shopping center,and at the same time provide reference for the theoretical and practical research of shopping centers.
