Electronic commerce(B2C) is changing commercial status in our country. From the perspective of historical development of architecture, the construction industry is often with a lag in response to the changes of time. As for commercial buildings, they’re deeply influenced by time factor. It’s necessary to study them with age factors. Taking commercial consumption pattern changes in the electronic age as a breakthrough point, this article analyses community consumers behavior and studies on composite-experience commercial pattern that adapt to e-commerce era development, attempts to induce design strategies of dealing with electronic business impact and improving community commercial attraction. All these provide reference method for the design of community commercial center buildings in future China.First, through the research methods of literature collection, this article gives a definition and explanation to these key words, Electronic Commerce, E-commerce Era and Community Commercial Center, explains the significance of the study.Then, based on the cognition of the related interdisciplinary theory, analysis of the development progress, examples of domestic and foreign community commercial center, this article analyses changes of the community commercial center in e-commerce era. Revised proposal is put forward to meet the current situation of the community commercial center in our country.Next, analysis the electric age influence on China’s community commercial center and the factors that exist in our community commercial center, starting from theentity consumption trend of electric era, composite type trigger change on the consumption pattern of the experience economy, leads to the influence of the compound experience model type. On above basis, through way of field research, case analysis and data analysis, strategies for China’s community commercial center in the electronic age are put forward.Finally, taking the Luogang Affordable Housing Community Commercial Center as an example, the design strategies mentioned before are tested and inspected.
