| With the gradual promotion of China’s "Internet+" strategy and the continuous innovation and breakthrough of industrial Internet technology,the Internet and the construction industry are achieving deep integration,and the Internet in the construction industry is moving towards a new way of digital development and creating a new mode of industrial integration development,in which many e-commerce websites for construction materials have emerged.The opening of online marketing mode makes the website become an important medium for people to get information and trade and shop,and user experience also gradually becomes an important content of website research.At present,the number of construction material e-commerce websites is increasing day by day,but there is a lack of systematic and effective evaluation and research on the user experience of websites.Therefore,this paper constructs the evaluation model of construction material e-commerce website from the perspective of user experience theory and conducts user testing to understand the current situation of user usage and user experience,so as to discover the problems of website construction and propose optimization strategies in order to improve the user service of construction enterprise e-commerce website.Firstly,this paper sorts out the relevant research on website user experience at home and abroad through literature survey,selects five user experience measurement dimensions based on the classical model of user experience: sensory experience,interactive experience,content experience,trust experience and emotional experience,and makes reference to the existing user experience research to select the measurement indexes based on the principles of scientificity,applicability and completeness.Secondly,the indexes are screened and revised through questionnaires,and the collected survey data are analyzed and examined by using statistical analysis software such as SPSS to determine the evaluation index system and establish the user experience evaluation model of construction material e-commerce website on this basis.Again,this paper selects China Building Materials Procurement Website for empirical research based on the ranking of building materials websites on the well-known domestic information website "Webmaster’s Home",and explores the user experience of building materials e-commerce websites through user testing.The evaluation results were finally presented in the form of scores,and the scores reflected the strengths and weaknesses of user experience in various aspects of the website.Finally,according to the rating results,the problems of the website in five aspects,such as design rationality,system interactivity,brand recognition,security and service effectiveness,were summarized,and specific suggestions were made to improve the interface layout,ensure efficient search,select high-quality suppliers,strengthen supervision and audit,and optimize the service,in the hope of helping the development of informationization in the construction industry. |
