Research On The Development Strategy Of BQRL's Cross-border E-commerce

With the coming of Industry 4.0 and Internet 5G era,the development of informatization which is represented by internet technology is gradually replacing traditional industry,providing new ideas for transformation and reform of the traditional industry,and “internet+foreign trade”,namely Cross-border E-commerce,is rapidly spreading all over the world as a new business mode,meanwhile it becomes a new growth point in Chinese foreign trade developing process.As the only large-scale leading project for large-scale automotive production,trading and “internet+logistic warehouse service”,BQRL automotive base project is located in Ruili city of Yunnan province.How to take the advantage of the region,policy “bonus” and international business to develop the Cross-border E-commerce of BQRL is the main background and core meaning studied in this article.The research idea in this article is based on the understanding of Cross-border E-commerce,in combination with the rapid development trend and internal and external environmental conditions under which BQRL develops its Cross-border E-commerce,it provides theoretical basis for the choice and frame of BQRL Cross-border E-commerce development strategies by using qualitative analysis and PEST analysisO2O business development mode is planned in this article through the analysis on the different business modes of Cross-border E-commerce,in combination with BQRL’ business development feature requirements and the positioning of the business development target.According to the development plan of BQRL automotive and its parts business,strategic choice of the whole industrial chain Cross-border E-commerce implemented step-by-step is made: Phase one,BQRL completes the building of Mangman logistic park,realizing the platform establishment of OEM Cross-boarder logistics supply chain while ensuring the logistics transportation for business;Phase two,complete the development of E-commerce information platform APP,realizing the coming-online of whole supply chain information platform;Phase three,realize whole industrial chain supply service: full-coverage bonded warehouse building and service delivery,South-east international trade full-coverage service,realize the optimal resources allocation and capture market share in the further.In the end,it is ensured through resorting to group finance,human resources and technical advantages,efficient organization and culture etc to establish whole business chain Cross-border comprehensive E-commerce platform,plan bonded warehouse logistics park,integrate supply chain resources,establish cross-boarder e-commerce credit system,in order to promote BQRL cross-border e-commerce development,thus making it the model project for Cross-border Ecommerce business development in Yunnan province in the further.
