Equipment supervision is a kind of advanced management mode to ensure the quality of equipment. In recent years,in order to cope with the fog and haze, and to improve the quality and economic transformation of equipment, the major thermal power groups have also begun to try to introduce equipment supervision mode in the implementation of ultra low emissions transformation. In this paper, combining with the practice of the transformation project of flue gas monitoring equipment in the "super low emission" transformation of Z-power plant, the supervision mode is introduced to control the whole life span(Including project bidding, bidding, design, equipment installation, commissioning phase)of the project. The main work and achievements are as follows:Supervision analysis of project schedule planning method and equipment schedule control for ultra low emission monitoring equipment;supervision analysis of equipment selection and preparation of bidding documents of ultra low emission monitoring equipment;Supervision analysis of coordination with the surrounding environment on the design of ultra low emission equipment;Introduction of key points during practice of Z-power plant's ultra low emission project.Based on the supervision analysis of the each stage of the ultra low emission project and Summary of supervision practice in ultra low emission unit of Z-power plant, the supervision and control standards, control points and inspection methods of monitoring equipment are put forward in this paper to form project experience in the reconstruction of ultra low emission monitoring systems. It has a positive significance to the same type of super low emission reconstruction project.
