In-depth analysis and summary are made on the management of maint enance projects,implementation of major technological transformation projects,commissioning of the maintenance equipment after maintenance,safety risk assessment and control during class A maintenance,as well as abnormalities,potential hazards resolving,equipment changing and quality acceptance proce ss of class A maintenance through the supervision practice of class A maintenance of 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit in this dissertation.The supervision process and methods for class A maintenance of 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit are proposed,which provide great guiding significance in ensuring the maintenance quality of the unit and the personnel safety,thus fundamentally ensuring the supervision effect.In this dissertation,the main work and achievements are as follows:(1)During the supervision practice for project management of class A maintenance of 1000 MW unit,the supervision software was applied to help the professional maintenance personnel in charge propose an intention or plan for maintenance projects,the plans of estimated cost and inter im completion dates were reported,maintenance projects of the unit were determined with the maintenance unit in charge through the review,a schedule network diagram of maintenance projects was prepared to track and monitor the progress of maintenance projects more comprehensively and timely,thus fundamentally improving the supervision effect of maintenance projects.(2)Abnormalities of the maintenance equipment and reasons for potential equipment hazards were analyzed,potential equipment hazards found before and during the maintenance were thoroughly resolved,a summary report on resolving of potential equipment hazards was prepared,resolving measures and process of potential hazards during the equipment maintenance were summarized and filed.The summary and acceptance process of equipment changing were applied,the description of reasons for equipment changing,technical feasibility analysis,risk analysis,expected effect,and description before and after equipment changing,etc.were recorded in the equipment changing application form and equipment changing report,which were used as technical materials for searching and learning.The level three acceptance process was implemented for the maintenance quality of the equipment,and an acceptance certifi cate of maintenance quality was completed,which was used for a basis for quality acceptance of the equipment.The safety risk assessment process of class A maintenance of 1000 MW unit was formulated based on the safety risk assessment theory,risk control measures on risks analyzed and evaluated through hazard identification and safety risk assessment & management were established,and key safety supervision points of class A maintenance project of 1000 MW unit were summarized.The safety risk value of class A maintenance of 1000 MW unit is divided into five levels from small to large(level 1 to 5: slight risk,general risk,obvious risk,high risk,extreme high risk)for management and control.The safety risk assessment software for maintenance was developed.Safety technical measures were implemented,preparations were improved,the reasonable process and its quality control measures were formulated and implemented,and specific key supervision points were proposed for high-risk generator rotor drawing during Class A maintenance of the unit.(3)A reasonable technological transformation route was selected according to the main requirements for class A maintenance of the unit,and a project schedule was made according to interim project procedures.The major technological transformation project of class A maintenance of 1000 MW unit – supervision control card for installation,wiring and commissioning of condensate pump frequency converter was prepared and strictly implemented according to the implementation contents of construction process breakdown projects,fundamentally improving the project supervision and control level,and ensuring the construction quality and period.After the project was completed,the report for supervision acceptance and delivery of equipment was formed through review and acceptance by equipment supervisors,and the implementation effect of major technological transformation projects was comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.(4)The equipment commissioning process was formulated to de fine the responsibilities of the equipment commissioning personnel,the detailed contents of preparations for equipment commissioning were refined,and an application form for equipment commissioning(test run)was made for each commissioning,effectively avoiding the safety risk of cross operations at the work site.The treatment procedure for defects during the commissioning and the overall acceptance procedure were formulated.In particular,key supervision points were formulated for characteristics and notes of valve commissioning and protection as well as interlocking logic commissioning.
