Research On The Planning And Design Of High-tech Industrial Park Under The Background Of Civil-military Integration

Under the background of military and civilian integration,the high-tech industrial park develops on the basis of the technology of the military and civilian integration.It is a new functional urban area which generates under the background of the military and civilian integration.Compared with the traditional industrial parks,the high-tech industrial park pays more attention to the park's scientific research and innovation.At the present stage our high-tech industrial parks are still at a stage of rapid development.Due to the combination of military and civilian integration and high-tech industrial park is a new concept,there are many problems in the development and construction of the park planning:singular plan;ecological environment deterioration because of the economic benefits chasing;the low land-use capability which is caused by the government's pursuit of the scale of the park.The thesis firstly analyzes the concept,general situation and development characteristics of the high-tech industrial park,and summarizes some development problems of domestic and foreign high-tech industrial park.Then the thesis puts forward the principle of high-tech industrial park planning and design strategy.Finally the thesis shows the design requirements and methods of high-tech industrial park through the practice case of Mianyang nuclear technology and industrial park,and provides reference for future planning and design of industrial park.
