| The development of high-tech industry has profoundly changed human's economic social activities,life styles and ways of thinking,and has also influenced the economic foundation and superstructure of society.It is of great strategic significance to the advancement of a nation's economy,culture and military strength,and it serves as an important part in national strategies.This paper is written based on the theoretical researches and practical exploration of high-tech industry zones home and abroad and materials of the development of related industries and practical construction of high-tech industry zones.In view of the development of high-tech industry zones and related high-tech industries,the experience and practices of the development and construction of representative high-tech industry zones in China are summarized and refined in this paper,of which the objective is to provide inspiration and reference for the case study and the construction of other high-tech industry zones by summarizing the experience and practices.The development of high-tech industry zones and industries in the context of theoretical researches home and abroad is systematically analyzed,based on which,the related experience are summarized and basic theoretical framework are created.Anda City is taken as an empirical case.Through the research on the current regional economic development environment and the industry pattern of the Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar industrial corridor,the judgment of its development in macro economic climate is given as follows.The judgment of the development conditions are raised for Anda high-tech industry zone construction through the analysis of its development conditions.The ideas of its construction and its future direction of efforts are initially summarized and generalized.Besides,the industrial development and industrial choice accelerating measures of Anda high-tech industry zone are arranged in the layout,including the overall development strategies,choice of leading industries,concrete layout and improving countermeasures of industry zones.By creating the theoretical analysis system of high-tech industry zones,this paper aims to provide theoretical exploration for the academic researches of high-tech industry zones in China,and to offer theoretical and practical services for the construction of other high-tech industry zones in China's small-medium cities by means of the experience of Anda high-tech industry zone. |
