The integration of production towns is a research hotspot of urbanization in rece nt years.It aims to solve the increase in travel costs caused by long-distance traffic,the single type of land use,and the congestion caused by the mixture of passengers and goods.How to effectively integrate the city is still in the exploratory stage.As a part of the sustainable development theory,the compact city theory introduces the urban design of the high-tech industrial park and explores the urban design strategy of adapting to the high-tech industrial park in the new era.The research object of t his paper is the construction of compactness comprehensive measurement index syste m and the urban design strategy of high-tech industrial park under the guidance of c ompact city theory.Through the basic research on high-tech industrial parks,combing the characteris tics and problems of high-tech industrial parks,summed up the problems of functiona l configuration,spatial form,transportation system,open space,and public service lay out of high-tech industrial parks,combined with compact cities.The theoretical chara cteristics,through the "compact form" to guide the spatial form and landscape layout of the park,explore the spatial pattern of the dense and dense campus formed by t he integration of humanism;guide the scale and layout of the land with "compact sc ale",and explore the core of the integrated unit of the production city.The campus l ayout mode consisting of various functional groups;guiding the layout of public serv ice facilities with “functional mix”,exploring the layout pattern of the two-level publ ic service facilities composed of the neighboring units of the production city and the core area of ??the development of the park;guiding the park with “reachable traf fic” The construction of an integrated transportation system explores the construction model of an integrated transportation network guided by public transportation.This paper attempts to build a comprehensive measurement system of compactne ss.Starting from the compactness of the external space of the park,the compactness of the internal space of the park and the operational efficiency of the park,four lev els of indicators are selected to form a comprehensive index system of three categori es,six medium categories and eleven small categories.To provide a quantifiable basi s for exploring whether the urban design strategy of high-tech industrial parks based on compact city theory can improve the compactness of the park.Finally,with the aim of realizing the compactness of the park,the Yongan Grou p of the high-tech industrial function area of ??the Tianfu New District Airport is taken as an example.The design strategy based on the compact city theory is used to illustrate the design method with regional characteristics.Taking the established co mpactness comprehensive measurement index system to quantitatively analyze the curr ent situation and design scheme of Yongan Group,the results show that the compact city theory can prevent the disorderly spread of the park,realize the function mix,alleviate the traffic pressure brought by long-distance travel and shape the density.Th e pattern of parks with high and low levels has a positive effect.
