The Space Impression Of The High-tech Industrial Park

The hi-tech industrial park is gestated in a setting of specific social state and given factors. It derives from traditional industrial park, however, there are lots of differences between traditional industrial park and hi-tech industrial park. Under the condition of the new production capability, living in hi-tech industrial park, which consists of particular material connotation and cultural peculiarity, is a new lifestyle.The Torch Program and the 12th five-year-plan scheme, give us new challenges to be deal with. We have had great performances at the layout, though, because of short of relevant information, a large amount of problems emerge. Under the background, the dissertation amply analyzed the defects and problems in the layout, and summarized the experience of layout at home and abroad. The conception and methods of hi-tech industrial park design were explored, aimed at providing new situations to for practice.Firstly, the conception, the characters and the law of the hi-tech industrial park were introduced in the dissertation. Besides the foregoing, the problems which existed domestically, were discussed systematically. In terms of real projects, I found the innovative circumstance was necessary for the construction of the hi-tech industrial park. Secondly, by the knowledge of urban design, I ascertained the guiding principle in every state of hi-tech industrial park construction. The aim and meaning of urban design was also probed into. The basic conception of urban design was founded. Finally, the design of Tianfu Hi-tech Industrial Park in Chengdu was elaborated in the dissertation. The project further explained the conception and procedure of urban design.
