| As an important part of Chinese urban planning,the history of urban planning has been concerned by many planning scholars in China.This paper analyzes the composition of Jinta Calendar version of urban planning and its development and evolution process,and also becomes an important basis for realizing the goals of urban economic and social development in space,and provides a foundation for in-depth exploration of the response of civil-military integration and urban planning.Urban planning,as the main means to guide and regulate urban development,can make civil-military integration,as the inner driving force of urban development,better serve the people.This study selects Jinta County as the research object,mainly adopts literature research method,field investigation method,case analysis method and in-depth interview method to study the urban planning response mechanism of Jinta County under the perspective of military-civilian integration,and analyzes the formation and development history of Jinta city,as well as the background and content of the compilation.Investigate the response of Jinta County’s overall planning,detailed planning and special planning in civil-military integration,explore the connection between planning and civil-military integration,and provide guidance for future national space planning.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction of the article,which mainly introduces that the research of the article is based on the requirements of The Times and practical needs.All countries are exploring the development path of civil-military integration from different fields,and China’s civil-military integration has also followed the pace of The Times,elevating civil-military integration into a national strategy,and promoting the development of civil-military integration in depth and breadth.Therefore,the uniqueness,necessity and importance of studying this topic are increasingly prominent.The study of this topic can achieve the purpose of digging deeply into the development predicament of Jinta city,breaking through the development obstacles,and promoting the military-civilian integration to guide the urban development,which is not only of great significance for enriching the history and theoretical research system of Chinese urban planning.Moreover,it can provide valuable historical reference for the future research of civil-military integration planning and provide reference value for the preparation of national space planning.Then,the paper explains the relevant concepts of this subject,and reviews the research progress at home and abroad.It concludes that planning studies on civil-military integration focus on industrial planning,and few studies on the combination of a single urban planning and civil-military integration are carried out nationwide.The second part of the paper first summarizes the general situation of the research area,and concludes that the unique resource advantage is the reason for the location of Jinta in Jiuquan Satellite Base.Then it reviews the history of the military-civilian integration development in Jinta County,summarizes the similarities and differences between them,and analyzes the impact of military-civilian integration on urban development mainly focuses on urban scale,urban nature and strategic target positioning,urban spatial layout,and industrial structure.Based on the above analysis,the history of urban development is divided into the embryonic stage,the initial stage,the development stage and the deepening stage based on the impact of civil-military integration on its planning and major events.The third part of the article analyzes the appeals of different groups to civil-military integration and summarizes the characteristics of appeals.Based on this,through the interpretation of the plan,the response mechanism and characteristics of the general regulation,detailed regulation and special planning of Jinta County from the perspective of civil-military integration are analyzed,and targeted suggestions on territorial spatial planning are put forward.The fourth part of the article through the study of this paper,the land space planning to re-think.On the basis of the response of the calendar edition planning,a comprehensive analysis is carried out,and directional suggestions are put forward.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of the study.Based on the above research,six conclusions are drawn.They are as follows: resource advantage becomes the origin of military-civilian integration in Jinta County;The planning response of civil-military integration is divided into four stages;Civil-military integration is an important dynamic mechanism of city character and strategic target orientation.Civil-military integration is closely related to all kinds of planning;The response degree of various programs to civil-military integration tends to deepen;The preparation and implementation of the plan has effectively regulated the relationship between the army and urban development. |
