Made in China 2025 and Intelligent Manufacturing Development Planning(2016-2020)are speeding up the planning and layout of our national intelligent manufacturing to occupy the height of advanced manufacturing industy.With deep integration of information technology and industrialization,industrial internet openness is increasing.This also poses a severe challenge to network information security.It is urgent to solve the security problem of network information in intelligent manufacturing.As for the network located in workshop for intelligent manufacturing,this paper discusses and designs network security scheme and information encryption mode.Correspondingly,system circuit is designed.It consists of several functional modules,such as system power supply,FPGA reference colock and power,JTAG configuration,DDR3 storage K4B2G1646 C,Gigabit Ethernet KSZ9031 MNX,Ethernet connector,and so on.Network information security related technology is researched.I managed to deeply understand the core technology of Gigabit Ethernet technology,cryptography and coding.Top-down and modular design ideas are adopted to develop the system software.The software contains two parts,namely Interface-FPGA part and Algorithm-FPGA part.The former manages interfaces and the latter manage algorithms.The former consists of functional modules,such as Gigabit Ethernet PHY configuration,UDP/IP protocol,ARP protocol,DDR3 conversion control,UniPHY IP configuration,data receive/send,and so on.The latter includes several modules,such as data sum check,AES key expansion,AES algorithm,SM4 key expansion,SM4 algorithm and SM3 algorithm,and so on.In addition,FPGA resource and the efficiency of Verilog codes are considered.System simulation is performed.Modsim is uitilized to complete RTL level simulation of each sub-module and the system.Finally,system test scheme is designed.I carried out the testing of sub module and system.During sub module test,I used embedded logic analyzer SignalTapII in Quartus II to obtain FPGA inner signals.As for system test,Wireshark and Network debugging assistant are uitilized to obtain UDP Encryption and decryption packages.All the tests include the function test,performance test and stability test.The experimental results show that the network encryption system designed in this paper implements the confidentiality and simple authentication function of Gigabit Ethernet data,which provides a good foundation for the research of information security for intelligent manufacturing.
