The device need to have ability to deal with large amounts of data information quickly, and with the rapid development of science and technology, the network bandwidth also reached 10 G level.At the same time, the development of today’s science and technology offers a variety of choices for avionics systems’ high speed data communication, including some COTS, like 10 G level Ethernet and fiber channel technology, can be used as avionics bus technology’s support and complement. For testing avionics network systems’ performance index, it is very necessary to develop a set of 10 G level network integrated test system.First, the paper studies on the network application background and research network test system architecture, including Ethernet and FC network testing system,and analyzes test method of network performance testing 10 G level network integrated test system which based on the same kind of stream.Then the paper gives the 10 G level network design of integrated test system’s testing subsystem. The paper focuses on the test stream’s generation and detection, presents a design scheme of network performance testing subsystem, which can make the time delay test system based on the same kind of stream.According to the different functions, design of integrated test system includes the stream data processing layer and data transceiver layer. Key design includes the stream generation module, stream statistics module, and data frame processing module.Stream generation module is mainly to complete the test stream’s generation and sending. In order to send out the order of the strem according to certain way, this paper designed and implemented the stream scheduling algorithm based on polling; then in order to achieve the lower time complexity to send a lot of stream, design has realized the stream scheduling algorithm based on layer polling. Stream statistics module mainly complete packet extraction, delay the processing of information such as test statistics.Data frame processing module mainly complete data’s encapsulation and decapsulation, namely encapsulating data streams for Ethernet frame or FC frame and send out them; after receiving the test flow data will resolve to the IP packet data and transfer to the upper processing.At the end, the paper uses the Isim of Xilinx Company to function simulation, and the results verify the accuracy of each module. This paper adopts Xilinx Company’s ML605 platform as a test platform, which verifies the function of the stream’s generation and detection.This paper completed the 10 G level network test stream’s generation and the time delay statistics detection.
