| With the rapid growth of China’s economy,rapid urbanization process,coupled with the rapid increase in the amount of car ownership,the proportion of urban motorized travel is getting higher and higher.Urban infrastructure construction for the slow travel to consider the space of a large number of lack,resulting in a slow travel ratio decreased year by year.Although the car travel has become the main means of transport daily travel,providing a high convenience,efficiency and comfort for travel.However,behind the city traffic problem is the high mobility vehicle population explosion,city spatial expansion,lack of integration of traffic with limited space for development,road congestion,traffic accidents and environmental pollution,brought a series of unavoidable traffic problems to the city,seriously affected the city people’s life and health.Slow traffic environment is the important content of city traffic system,and is a unique culture,the concept of city appearance,it is to implement the construction of Scientific Outlook on Development,embodied in the construction of a harmonious society,promote green low-carbon transportation,sustainable development.Construction of slow traffic system is an important way to improve the life happiness index of urban residents,and it is also an important direction to improve the urban residents’ travel conditions.In this paper,we first analyze the relevant theoretical basis of the slow traffic,and provide a theoretical basis for the planning of the slow line system.And the successful case of the construction of the domestic and foreign urban slow line system is analyzed in detail,and the reference value and reference value are put forward.Secondly,a comprehensive analysis for the status quo of Anning City slow system,puts forward the existing problems,and combined with the overall planning,comprehensive transportation system planning,planning of green space system in Anning City,system analysis and put forward the development target of slow Anning City,development strategy and suggestions and gives specific.Finally,combined with the natural pattern of the city,urban planning and spatial form,a comprehensive evaluation of pedestrian traffic system and bicycle traffic system.Based on the comprehensive evaluation,reasonable partitioning of city pedestrian system and bicycle system,complete the pedestrian and bicycle lane network planning,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions on walking bicycle space and environment,road transect,crossing facilities,bicycle parking and public service facilities,public transport interchange point design and setting. |
