Study On The Planning And Design Of Urban Slow Traffic System

Bicycle tourism is a kind of sustainable tourism.It is described as “eco-tourism,special tourism,and natural tourism”.The frequent use of bicycles boosts the development of bicycle tourism.Bicycle tourism has also enriched people's travel experience and is conducive to the promotion of the concept of eco-tourism.Under the “fast” transportation mode,people enjoy the high efficiency and convenience brought by the fast pace.However,such kind of fast tourism has also lost the original meaning of tourism.The pursuit of modern urban cycling tourism is to let users “share paths” in cities so that people enjoy the means of “slow life” and“light tourism”.When people slow down,they can travel slowly in the city,exercise their body and mind,and enjoy a good experience in the city.First of all,this thesis analyzes relevant dynamic information on domestic and overseas bicycle tourism cycling system,defines and distinguishes the concepts of urban slow traffic system and bicycle tourism cycling system,and sorts out their evolution and development history.Then the thesis clarifies the research directions.Through summarizing outstanding overseas cases,it is found that such problems as non-user-friendly slow traffic space,poor cycling environment,and irrational cycling facilities exist in the domestic bicycle tourism cycling system.Secondly,the thesis takes route selection for urban tourism racing as the major research object,summarizes the principles and methods for the route selection system of bicycle tourism cycling,and analyzes requirements for potential cycling routes in cities;the thesis also summarizes influence factors for urban bicycle tourism cycling system.Finally,the thesis analyzes and illustrates practice cases,explores urban cycling tourism routes as the major starting points,and proposes strategies and solutions to the right of way,facilities,break point continuity,and parking management of different types of cycling routes.This research aims to guide the building of bicycle tourism cycling system,offer some suggestions on the research on bicycle tourism,prevent the problem of urban resource waste,and wish that the continuity and accessibility of urban resource nodes can be improved to create cycling-friendly cities.The research also aims to build a more perfect bicycle tourism slow traffic system in compact cities and construct an ecological civilized city with vitality.
