Research On Safety Management Of Attached Lifting Scaffold

With the rapid development of national economy,accelerating the pace of urbanization,high-level,high-rise buildings have sprung up to be built.In the construction process of high-rise and super high-rise buildings,the traditional scaffold is difficult to meet the construction requirements,and the security is not guaranteed.In order to meet the needs of modern building construction,attached lifting scaffold arises at the historic moment,because it has the characteristics of low cost,convenient use,strong practicability,an erection can be used repeatedly,and is now widely applied in high-rise building construction.In recent years,due to the rapid development of technology,product variety,market access and supervision and management mechanism is not perfect;In the construction process of the system is attached to the high-rise building structure,rely on the self lifting lifting mechanism,has great potential and uncertain factors,if an accident occurs,the consequences are serious,major hazard sources belonging to the construction site.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study on the attached lifting safety management.In this paper,the basic structure and construction technology of the attached lifting scaffold are analyzed firstly,and the safety technical requirements of the structure and the matters needing attention in the construction stage are summarized;Secondly,through the analysis of the direct cause of the accident and indirect reasons,summed up the main cause of the accident is due to structure instability,lifting system,eccentric overturning attached support structure failure,anti dropping device failure,synchronous control system failure,and these factors are made up of scaffolding illegal subcontracting,safety management system to improve the safety,technical disclosure form,safety education and training is not in place,resulting in safety inspection and acceptance in the management of defects,and has been verified by the analysis of typical accident case;Then,through the analysis of current safety management basis and the current regulation,points out the existing frame belonging to define the current safety supervision is not clear,the frame that department is not clear,the frame after the transformation of cognizance procedure is not clear,supervision mode of low efficiency;finally,according to the two aspects of construction management,safety supervision,put forward to strengthen the attachment the lifting scaffolding safety management advice.This paper studied the adhesive lifting scaffolding safety management,timely sort out the attached type lifting scaffold in construction management and safety supervision problems in supporting the safety management procedures and measures to standardize the use of adhesive lifting scaffolding in construction engineering,effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of accidents,there are certain reference meaning.
