Research On Application Of Information Management Of Attached Lifting Scaffold Based On BIM Technology

In recent years,the attached lifting scaffold is widely used in the construction of high-rise and super high rise buildings.Modern information technology,such as BIM technology and Internet of things technology,will effectively improve the level of information management and ensure the safety,quality and cost management of the attached lifting scaffold.In order to improve the information management level of the attached lifting scaffold,this paper gives the implementation path and application practice of the attached lifting scaffold based on BIM technology,realizes the standardized management of the attached lifting scaffold,and greatly improves the management ability of the construction site.Through literature research,system construction,case Application and other methods can be completed in the following three aspects:(1)Summarize the key points of safety operation and maintenance management of attached lifting scaffolds;study the general situation and application of BIM technology,Internet of things technology and other information technology;Finally,the feasibility analysis of the information management of the attached lifting scaffold based on BIM technology is studied,which provides the theoretical basis for the application of the information management of the attached lifting scaffold.(2)Taking the key points of management of attached lifting scaffolding as the goal,a prototype system of information management for attached lifting scaffold based on BIM technology is built.The system includes five subsystems such as a Reservation and pre-burying acceptance system,a frame management system,an intelligent access control system,a security warning system,and an inspection operation system.(3)The application of the attached lifting scaffolding information management prototype system based on BIM technology is implemented to a practical case project to verify the effect,analyze the advantages and disadvantages,and provide case support for further development of the system and its application in practical projects.Through the above research,the information technology such as BIM technology and Internet of things technology can be introduced into the special program of the attached lifting scaffold,which can improve the information and standardized management level,and can effectively improve the operating efficiency and accuracy of the operators,at the same time,improve the safety management ability of the site,and has a broad market application prospects.
