| Scaffold is the specialized construction facilities to improve the safety of construction in high position. It is used in operating platform, constructing operations, transporting channels, and can be used for temporary storage of construction materials and equipment. In recent years, with China’s social and economic development and city urbanization, high-rise buildings continue to emerge. The construction features of the construction are large scale, long cycle and complex process. Ordinary scaffold has been unable to meet the needs of construction, so attached scaffolding came into being.Attached scaffold is a new type of scaffolds. The frame is set on the ground. The realization of the overall lifting frame is by lifting rails and lifting equipment. The whole lifting device is connected with the building by attached guide seats. With the characteristics of low cost, convenient use, strong practicability and multiple use, the attached scaffold has been widely used in high-rise building construction.In this paper, with scaffold used in the Pearl District as reference, design and check of a new type of scaffold lifting device. Firstly it expounds the design process of a new type of scaffold lifting device. Mainly includes:overall design of main frame of lifting device, design and check of attached guide seats; design and check; design and strength calculation of the vertical bars; design and check of the bearing rod; check of strength of bolts; design and other parts of the system. Secondly, through the three-dimensional design software Pro/E to do parameter modeling to support various parts and components, and virtual assembly and interference inspection. Thirdly, to support the establishment of 3D model of the simplified finite element model, and imported into ANSYS Workbench software, for the finite element static analysis under different loading conditions, the stress contours and deformation nephogram, verified to meet the design requirements of the corresponding strength. |
