As a construction protection equipment widely used in the construction of high-rise buildings,the attached lifting scaffold has the advantages of being easy to set up,safe and reliable,saving materials and beautiful in shape,especially with the support of the relevant policies of the national 14 th Five-Year Plan Scaffolding has been further developed.However,for this new type of scaffolding,the current research mainly focuses on the construction technology,and there is less research on the stress of the frame structure and the selection of the frame material.The design of the attached lifting scaffold is still based on experience.The unclear structural mechanical properties,some deficiencies in the frame material itself,and improper methods in the use process have caused some safety accidents to occur in the attached lifting scaffold.In this paper,the field test research of the attached lifting scaffold is carried out.Combined with the existing research and test results,aluminum alloys are selected to replace some of the rods of the attached lifting scaffold,and the structure of the horizontal support truss in the frame body is improved,proposed a steel-aluminum combination type attached lifting scaffold,the main contents are as follows:(1)Taking the attached lifting scaffolding used in a project in Xianyang City as the research background,the composition and working principle of the attached lifting scaffolding were clarified.The elongated support designed by the modularization rule is used to meet the restraint purpose of the frame body.(2)Theoretical calculation research of the attached lifting scaffold.The load combination value of the attached lifting scaffold is determined,the main stress parts and rods of the frame body are theoretically checked,and the force of the frame body under two stages is simulated and analyzed.The maximum stress and maximum displacement position in each stage,and the mechanism of wind load on the lower frame body in two stages is studied.The results show that the influence of wind load on the frame body cannot be ignored,and the influence effect is greater in the promotion stage than in the use stage.(3)Field test research of attached lifting scaffold.The stress characteristics of the rods are studied through on-site monitoring tests.The results show that: the stress value in the middle of the frame body is greater than the stress value in the lower part during the construction process;Phenomenon of theoretically calculated values.(4)Improved design of attached lifting scaffold.Selecting aluminum alloys with many advantages to improve the design of the attached lifting scaffolding,replacing part of the material of the attached lifting scaffolding with aluminum alloys;changing the structural form of the horizontal support truss into a cross type;a steel-aluminum combination is proposed.A type of attached lifting scaffold was used,and the force check was carried out.The results show that the steel-aluminum combined type attached lifting scaffold can fully meet the requirements of strength and stiffness.The construction suggestion of the frame body is given,in order to achieve the purpose of guiding the construction.
