With the rapid development of China’s economy and the deepening of urbanization,more and more high-rise buildings have emerged.Attached lifting scaffolding is an important tool in the construction of high-rise buildings.After years of practice development and optimization,the overall composition and the structural form of the frame itself become more reasonable.The transmission system is the most important feature of the attached lifting scaffold,which is different from other types of scaffolding.Currently,the electric hoist transmission system is the most common.Aiming at some defects inherent in the electric hoist transmission system,a company has developed a semi-steel attached lifting scaffold using the new transmission system as the power source.Based on the semi-steel attached lifting scaffolding,this paper developed an all-steel attached lifting scaffold,and designed and optimized it.At the same time,the research and verification of the problems in the structure and application process of the frame are carried out.The main contents are as follows:(1)The structure and working principle of the screw-type attached lifting scaffold are introduced,and the advantages of the new frame compared with the traditional electric hoist-mounted lifting scaffold are discussed.The actual working condition of the attached lifting scaffold was verified through the actual use of the project.Accumulate experience and basis for further optimization of screw-type attached lifting scaffolding.(2)A fall arrest device is designed for the defects of the screw drive system itself,which eliminates the potential risk of the drive system.A set of different-module connection devices is designed for the frame composition of the attached lifting scaffold during use,which reduces the workload during the use of the frame and avoids waste of materials.A modular construction method is designed for the structural characteristics of the frame,which optimizes the assembly process of the frame,making the frame form easier to use than the ordinary frame.(3)The finite element model of the frame is established by the finite element analysis software abaqus,and the corresponding load and boundary conditions are set according to the different working conditions that may occur during the actual use of the frame.The performance of the frame is analyzed and verified.The structural strength of the frame structure is reasonable and some optimization suggestions are proposed.The research results of this thesis provide reference for the design and optimization of the existing attached lifting scaffolding,which can further improve the safety and ease of use of the attached lifting scaffold.Reduce the occurrence of safety accidents and provide an easy-to-use operating platform for high-rise building construction.
